feat: add support for publishing multiple versions of rke2 versions #63

Fixes #61

Added support for publishing combinations of rke2 versions and distros.

Also updates the renovate config entry to provide patch updates for each minor version of rke2.

Maybe I need to be explicitly added as an admin (instead of inherited from the group)?
