This deliverable would consist of the following parts:

Adaptation of isogeny-based algorithms for alternative models of elliptic curves.
Database of isogeny formulas (as posted Luca De Feo on GitHub). See #19
Sets of elliptic curves in alternative models customized to the adequate algorithms and assumed levels of security.

I like it. We need to think a little bit how to split this into workable units.
