make casts continuously follow player movement #21

casts will move in the direction the player is moving until they explode

the current system feels too jank and hard to control (my opinion/skill issue)

it can either follow true image or after image, but probably true image

this also makes die cast more in line with cast doubt, since it would allow enemies to predict AI movement
