Hovertanks are the same as normal tanks, except for:

movement is similar to that of a player. I.e. if you press "W", you'll go up. Not forward, up.
because the damn thing hovers constantly, it has barely any traction. Effectively, it moves as if it is always on ice.
reduced health. 50% of normal tank?
2x Flintlocks (on its "wings") instead of a single Rocket cannon

At first I thought when you meant "up" that the tank would just gradually rise into the air until you could see the entire map lol idk why I thought that. Interesting concept.
