I'm sick of running out of ammo. I'm sure you are too.
There are perks for solving it. But as it is, ammo is one of those annoying little problems that really pisses you off, yet isn't worth solving with the methods available. Wasting an entire perk slot to solve this annoyance is rarely a good idea. In other words, a player would rather pick KillRegen and ExtendedMags and complain about ammo, than swap either of those perks for a perk that solves the ammo issue.
Exactly how many people use the AmmoCollector perk right now? I'd love to see some stats. I'm willing to bet it's less than 10 players worldwide.
We were arguing with Haox about this in discord. He proposes turning the AmmoCollector perk into a base game feature, i.e. everyone gets to use this perk. It's not the worst solution to the invented problem of ammo, and i'd be happy with that.
(I still prefer something like #77, perhaps for all weapons, not only for throwables?)
