New perk: Standing Ground

• a circle follows you around.
• the circle takes a certain amount to charge/discharge.
• the circle moves faster the further you are away from it, but also the faster it moves, the more charge it loses.
• if you stand inside of the circle, it gains charge.
• once it is at full charge, you gain 25% damage resistance and small regen. If you exit the circle, you lose the buffs.

Would encourage, well, standing ground and never retreating, fighting against the odds.
