Loading... after loss of connection #226

I joined a match

I noticed that i'm using the wrong wifi

I switched wifi mid game

Obviously, "Connection lost: unknown error 1007"

Sure, that's fine. I try to rejoin

I can join every server except the one i was just in. If i happen to hit the server i was just in, i get stuck on Loading...

This is a very miserable experience. Loss of connection is not a rare thing, the game should handle it properly. I suspect the reason for this is, 1. the game doesn't let you join the same match with the same account twice at the same time, and 2. the game sucks at noticing dropped connections. Look, if my connection hasn't sent an update in 10 seconds, you should probably treat it as dropped. This is a realtime game, nobody's going to be playing with 10 second delays

Make it so that you can CHOSE which server to join in a region

Same thing happened to me. I changed my wifi mid game, because for some reason I switched to the wrong one. I tried to rejoin, but it wouldn't let me play, and I'd be stuck on the Loading screen. Eventually, I turned off my laptop, and turned it on, only to get the same results. I can confirm it wasn't my wifi, because other games were working just fine.
