Special: each bullet that hits an enemy is immediately recreated in the magazine. This encourages proper aiming and lets the weapon truly shine in the hands of a good player.

It's similar to the "get ammo on kill" perk, yes. But that perk refunds whole magazines, and only if you manage to secure a kill (and not if someone steals the kill). This gun is more... direct about it.
