Each time you, the user, get hit, you gain 3 bullets into your magazine. These are not created out of nowhere, but are instead pulled from your spare ammo, so that's a concern, yes. As you may guess, since the amount of ammo reloaded does not scale with damage received, the gun is best used against other spammers, and rather sucks against snipers.

On the other hand, reloading manually is... not prohibited, but discouraged. If you try to reload this gun manually, you will lose 50% of your HP immediately. Though the reload is instant, for what it's worth. It also cannot kill you; it will leave you at 0.01 HP if you do such a silly reload.

So what if you have a fully reloaded weapon? Then what? You just don't get those three bullets?

If you are fully reloaded then nothing happens if you take damage
