For the record, i'm now against this idea, but i'm still posting it for the sake of consistency. I think spare ammo should be reworked #164 or deleted #136

main form: copy from any spam pistol balance to taste reduce damage by 50% secondary weapon

overdrive form: copy from M1 balance to taste secondary weapon spare ammo 15 (still looks like a pistol...)

Special: pressing [R]eload switches the weapon between its forms. There is no magazine to reload (think of it as a belt fed gun, i guess?) so reusing the [R] key like that is fine. In main form, this weapon does not consume ammo, but it also kinda sucks. In overdrive form, it's rather powerful, but has very little ammo, so it must be used wisely.

Shouldn't there be a cooldown for when you can reload and change the weapon?
