If you die, and aren't attacked by an enemy, who would get the kill? To be more precise, if there is no enemy, who would get the kill? I would suggest the self-damage to slowly fade away, but in a long time (like 5x slower than your regen kicks in).
Nobody gets the kill in that case, same as with any other self damage...
bet
poker chip bullets lmfao
Would you bet your life on it?
copy from AR or SMG balance to taste slightly buff stats
Special: every bullet fired collects self-damage (~3 per bullet) into a separate self damage bar. If this bar ever grows higher than your HP, you are immediately dead, you're just goddamn dead. The enemy is credited the kill, of course. Getting a kill with this weapon will immediately clear the entire self-damage bar, with no ill effects to you.
Encourages good aim and prioritization of low HP targets.
This gun should be styled as something out of a casino, and should fire poker chips.
Previously i had the following idea: "switching away from this weapon will "commit" this collected self-damage, dealing this much damage to your HP and clearing the collected self-damage." But, now i think that's too easy and kind of defeats the purpose. Perhaps the self-damage could slowly fade away over time?
