Teleportation Grenade

Basically a Minecraft Enderpearl that teleports you to the location of the nade after being thrown. Will be very useful for strategic plays, and defensive maneuvers. You wanna teleport? No Problem! It will require a cost however, a portion of your health.

Once the grenade is thrown, it will teleport a player to the following location based on its path:

A. If the nade hits an obstacle, the player teleports right there. B. If the nade goes offscreen, meaning out of view of the player's original location, they will only be teleported to the edge.

And of course, the grenade doesn't teleport you through walls. Whether they should do so for vehicles, is up for debate.

Another condition I would like to propose, is that any player holding a flag in CTF, Football, or Upload, will be restricted from using the grenade, to keep them from escaping or traveling distance with teleportation while bearing the flag.
