DeathMark completely prevents the regen timer from ticking. Effectively this means that your regen will take 2 seconds longer to kick in after you got hit by a DeathMark shot
A weird but interesting idea. Some observations:
a very strong killsteal gun: it can steal kills from others well, and its kills cannot be easily stolen
hard to combo with another weapon (indeed this is pretty much the primary cause of this idea). Like yeah, it deals a lot of damage, but you cannot switch to another gun to finish off the target
despite all that, still quite devastating and useful in team fights
maybe not as good at actually killing people, but is great at suppression. Forcing the enemy to retreat
