Look. If i am not a Compound CTF player, i am not gonna play it. There's no point in trying to force me to play it. It is then rather unclear why the game does not offer a server list, which would allow everyone (or perhaps only people with some level, if you wish) to join a specific server

I'm not sure about the exact approach, but there is some kind of dynamic scaling going on. If it's nighttime, you'll only have 1 server operating, whereas at day you can expect up to 5

Naturally only the servers which are online, would show up in this list
