Allow migrating accounts to a new login #69

If i for some reason lose my Google account, or close it, or it gets banned, or whatever, i would like to know there's some streamlined flow for transferring my BD account to a different login method.

This would then create the issues of hackers using alts to bypass bans but I'm sure Saruas can address that.

I fail to see how migrating an existing battledudes account from one Google account to another Google account would allow bypassing of bans of battledudes accounts.
