I don't like this.
Nerf extended magazines by decreasing movement speed by 15% if they're equipped.
I highly doubt any spammer particularly cares about their dodging. All they care about is ratatatata. I highly suspect this nerf would not change much. I suppose it would make them slightly easier to kill, but, let's face it - with the exception of high burst damage weapons (Crossbow, SawedOof), Extended Mags is really not that big of a problem, and nobody really complains about it.
But if you must nerf Extended Mags, i'd rather go for something more thematic. E.g. reload time +100%, making it less of a "haha i can spam for longer if i want to" perk and more of a "i deliberately choose to spam for longer and will be punsihed if i don't do so".
Or, if you hate spam as much as i do, perhaps a better (more skillful) change would be to make the first bullet in mag deal 75% of its normal damage, and the last bullet deal 125% of its damage. That way, not reloading is rewarded whilst spamming isn't (not directly, at least).
Delete express ammo. Replace with a special (https://github.com/deferred-impact/battledudes-issue-tracker/issues/81 ). Delete kevlar, replace with an armor pack special. (Or at least make kevlar users noticable, as outlined in https://github.com/deferred-impact/battledudes-issue-tracker/issues/21 .)
I fail to see the need. These perks are problematic purely because it's impossible to tell a player is using them before a bullet hits. #21 would fix these perks. I fail to see how turning them into specials would fix anything.
Rework sprinter into more of a dodge perk that gives a 15% overall speed boost that lasts about half a second and can be used with a key like f. It should have a cooldown of about 15 seconds.
No. Perks are perks, they work passively. What about mobile players? Their screen already looks silly. And if you're a button addition enthusiast, perhaps it would be wiser to get #63 implemented first.
Either delete under pressure or at least nerf it more. Like down to 8%.
Nerfing it would make it into a useless perk (another "None" perk) so it's pointless.
Deleting it would be quite cool. It's a dumb perk that lets players completely avoid a very important mechanic (the firing slowdown). But, when was the last time Sarunas deleted any item?

Crossbow isn't even affected by exmags because its a secondary. Also, the speed decrease would make them easier to counter with snipers, which is why I thought about adding it. But yeah your criticisms are very valid. I'll probably change some stuff.

Checking the date you joined the discord... you should be well aware of why secondaries do not get the ExMags benefit.

Buff kill regen so that you regenerate a bunch of health (like 20 something) right away. However, make it so that kill regen users are distinguishable somehow. I would want them to have red particles around them similar to surviv, or perhaps a red glow.

Make equipment collector more skill-based: provides a 25% decrease to special regeneration time by default, plus a little bit of time deducted for each kill. Rewards epic gaming skills.
