Hello, thank you for your feedback!
the kernel panic using telegram, I unfortunately do not use telegram so I am unaware and/or unable to help with that. However if I have time soon I will install telagram and check it out for you.
the ACPI error, In my experience this only shows up when using nvidia graphics. If you switch intel only graphics you should not see any issues. From my experimenting it seems to have something to do with nvidia drivers not properly passing something that is missing from the device or something so the kernel reports the error. The second part of my solution , uncommenting the kernel parameter hides the error reporting when waking from sleep but doesnt fix the problem. My understanding is that there isnt really a problem as it is just reporting something that is just missing.
Im not familiar with this issue, but just from some light reading on it, it looks like its an xorg/gnome issue which will hopefully be fixed when pop os goes to wayland by default.
Hi!
