Transmission reports corrupt torrent when you add the link. #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get link for any torrent
2. Click add torrent from url button
3. you get message invalid or corrupt torrent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see torrent added, but i get this message for all torrents

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version is the last one, 3.11 on windows xp sp3.

Please provide any additional information below.
This error is not present in previous version, 3.10 but i upgraded to
transmission 1.74 so i cannot use that version anymore.

Overwrite your exe with this one.
