Cannot add a torrent via URL, invalid file error. #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy torrent link from mininova
2. Paste link into "Add torrent from URL" box
3. Press OK

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Torrent should get added to list and begin download. I am getting "invalid 
or corrupt torrent file" error, but if i download the .torrent and add it 
via "add torrent" it works.

Tested via Mininova and PirateBay only but I get the same results. This 
used to work in previous versions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v3.11 on Vista x32 SP2 and XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
