Problem with cyrilic letters in the file path #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add new torrent file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected - it must downloaded to path I enter
instead - i get ???/????/?? ??? and so on, and it create new directory 
with "?" symbols

On what operating system?
Windows7 x86_64
