permanent "Notifiaction on addition" #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run transmission-remote #NET
2. enable at the local settings "Notification on addition"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
permanent notification about all torrents in the list

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r440 on Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 x86

Please provide any additional information below.
first time i get notice in believe it was a release higher than r430

Similarly to the other issue you opened, this was something I needed to tidy up 
after
I did a major refactoring. Should be fixed now.

I did put a disclaimer on r430 ;)
