Can't open network share

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run transmission-remote
2. Doubleclick on torrent (default action "open torrent folder")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get an error message "unable to open directory"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64, transmission remote v3.13 (b 3648)

Please provide any additional information below.
Latest svn version has the same issue, earlier version worked fine. Network
share folder is sat like the one in 3.12 version.
