Can't change download directory in remote settings #168

Hi!

After changing the download directory in remote settings, the param in
transmission was not changed.

Thx the patch, but rpc use two download dir string: downloaddir and 
download-dir.
Torrentget use downloaddir, but session-get/set and torrent-add are using 
download-
dir.

So the fix a bit differenct, but fixed in r458.
