What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. remote control with GUI;
2. Remote settings;
3. Test Port;
4. The error message appears;
5. Transmission never connect to seed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
http error 0: no response

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linkstation 1.76, Transmission Remote 3.13.3655

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a normal message from T daemon, if a _daemon own_ get is failed: at 
portTest, at NewBlocklist or at MetadataFromURL.

r481 handle this with a user friendly message.
