Latest version 3.13 beta 2 don't work with .NET Framework 2.0 SP2

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Just download latest version, install and run it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The application doesn't start at all, without any error messages. Previous 
version 3.12 works just fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.13.3655.32760 on Windows XP SP3 with .NET Framework 2.0 SP2

Please provide any additional information below.

Is transmission-remote needs more recent version of .NET then 2.0 SP2?
