Update to 1.80 RPC Spec #196

Transmission remote throws an exception on launch when connecting with
Transmission 1.82.

I assume it's because the RPC protocol has changed. Changelog at the bottom
of the document.

Do you use the latest trunk version?

And we need a trace info, like in this issues:
