Date arithmetic errors, ILIKE in instructions

• Replaced ILIKE with LIKE in instructions for sqlite, bigquery, tsql since ILIKE is invalid in these dialects
• Corrected a few date arithmetic errors discovered in sqlite and mysql. (mysql has to use DATEDIFF while sqlite has to use julianday)
