"Open As" for script/batch file types. #1016

Coming from Editor 1 I have .command files that I can immediately execute in editor by double clicking them. In Editor 2 there is no such option. .command files and similar are very useful for eg: Testing game with different game.project settings Running scripts to edit and manage files Batching other works (uploading to google drive/itunes, buildscripts etc)

We also have our level editor in as a executable in the editor that we can run in editor 1 but not 2. Would be great to be able to run files from within the editor
