Do you still have this problem if you update your graphics driver to the latest version?

Intel Core i3 first gen . No update available.

There appears to be an issue with intels drivers for the integrated HD cards (https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/graphics-driver-bug-reporting/topic/607695). Is this still blocking you?
