International US layout additional space after quotes #2407

If you type in a script file single or double quotes an additional space will be added. This is probably an unhandled input, because in this layout if you type any type of quote you have to press a spacebar afterwards, because otherwise if it's pressed a character it will count as a single input, an accented character. OS: Windows 10

Duplicate of #2011. We should investigate if this is still an issue after we upgrade the JDK.

I have the same problem using International US keyboard layout. With latest editor version.
