Add color picker to bottom bar set of panels #863

Then have RGB, #hex colors, and RGB normalized.

Make it so we can modify the fields to get the other values to update too. So designers can paste #9cdf33 and get 0.611, 0.874, 0.2

There is already a nice color picker but it could be included in the bottom bar to be more readily accessible when editing properties etc.

The color picker doesn't have a picker that samples from other places which is important for many peoples workflow.
