Fixed width font width not respected? #917

I tested a few fixed width / monospaced font fonts and they jitter / don't seem to have the right spacing. Is there something wrong or I'm doing something wrong? Testing with north east pivot.

One workaround is to use tilemaps for fixed width characters. Obviously in the cases above making their pivot north west instead would help with the jittering.
