Update Spine models to Spine 4.1++ #34

/assets/spineboy/spineboy.spinejson needs to be updated from Spine 4.0.31 to 4.1 or above.

Build Error:

The file '/assets/spineboy/spineboy.spinejson' could not be loaded: Failed reading /assets/spineboy/spineboy.spinejson: Failed to load spine scene '/assets/spineboy/spineboy.spinejson': Skeleton version 4.0.31 does not match runtime version 4.1
