Markdown output #85

In addition to HTML and PDF, it should export markdown files with the injected code samples. This is needed when populating wiki style sites such as Github.

CommonMark.Net owner is working on a markdown renderer and we can reuse: https://github.com/Knagis/CommonMark.NET/issues/26

That's good to hear. This is the only feature that's keeping me from really using projbook the way that it was intended.
