Update workflows and BSP #6

Update legacy work flow to Node.js 16 (Node.js 12 will be deprecated this month)
Update BSP and nvidia-repo to latest version (last jetpack for Jetson Nano)

I already test the image and it run smooth so far. Bug in BSP regarding rootfs doesn't exist on this build. There is still bug in /etc/resolv.conf thought. It can be mitigate with this

👍 Seems good. Where did you find that this was the latest version and that this is the best download link to use? The format of the download link is quite different to the one before.

I got the link from here, it looks like nvidia trying to somehow obfuscate their usual link (don't know the exact reason). For the version that been used on this pull you can check here.

👍 Thanks. That is indeed strange. The other releases (older and newer) use the format that matches and this 7.2 release is the odd one out. Oh well - not up to us.
