Build a new gem version #78

It would be great if you could build a new gem version and push it out to rubygems, so we dont have to point our Gemfile to master on the github repo.

I spent a couple hours debugging the ENV munging bug that is fixed in master, but is not in the latest version of cijoe in rubygems.
