Rename and unfork #13

We should rename the project from tomdoc => tomdoc.rb and remove the fork association, as this is its own project now.

If you think that's the thing to do then let's go ahead and get it done. I don't have the permissions on GitHub, so go ahead and do it and let me know when it's done.

Also, I'll release the 0.2.4 later today, which I think is good enough for a public announce. Do you want to do that or shall I?

What was the verdict on this? Should I create a new project "unforked" from the original?
