Can't forget visibility in method doc #29

Just added visibility to the example file.

What's the status of this, btw? My rails apps all use TomDoc (which is cool for just, like, reading the code and understanding it, but it'd be cool to generate legit HTML docs to share with the world/our internal org).

Personally I am in the camp that thinks Public should be the default. But regardless the example should indeed be explicit.
