Remix Download Issue #30

When downloading remixes using just %artistsTitle% - %title% and %remix% is filled instead of being contained in the title, it overrides the original.

Ex:

Karma Fields feat. Kerli - Build The Cities (Grabbitz Remix)

Downloads as:

Karma Fields feat. Kerli - Build The Cities

Work around is to use:

%artistsTitle% - %title% {(%remix%)}
