Base functionality:

[x] Base rollup functionality
[x] Using babel for transpilation
[ ] Ability to turn off feature in development mode vs export mode
[x] integrate with Skeletor Wizard for base configs (babel)
[ ] experimentalCodeSplitting?

Future improvements:

[ ] include option for nomodules (transpiling to iife)
[ ] have default entry and dist directory for all bundles, so you don't have to define individually
