Movement stuff + first shot delay #105

Since this is a griefing/legit cheat after all I feel like adding a few movement features such as edgebug, jumpug, and maybe a legit autostrafe would improve the cheat by a longshot. Adding first shot delay to rifles, and smgs would also be ideal, because sometimes if you get pushed by multiple enemies it likes to just immediately lock on people (this is not a cfg issue)
