[suggestion] descriptions #116

add short but detailed descriptions to each of the modules so the users of neps arent confuse if they don't understand what it will do the descriptions appear when hoving the mouse over the module for like 10 seconds

You can add it under each function GUI if (ImGui::IsItemHovered()) ImGui::SetTooltip("Its function");

This will require an entire localization string system, unfortunately, I don't plan on making it in near future #6
