Playlist Managers or Playlist bookmarks #281

We should have a dialog containing various playlist links in order to
switch easily from one to another.

* The bookmarks could be a link on a existing m3u, or .pls files.
* Or it could be a bookmarks on a m3u "temporary" files saved in the user
application data. If the user delete the bookmarks from the playlist
manager it would also delete the temporary playlist.
