Support for amiga exotic formats #304

It's cool that Qmmp plays most of amiga files but sometimes i want to play
music from old amiga games like Stardust or street fighter and qmmp simply
wont recognise them. There's Unix Amiga Delitracker Emulator which is a
console based player for amiga formats. It comes with plugins for XMMP and
Audacious and i wonder if you could make a qmmp version of this plugin - it
would be great.
