Please add support for file writer output plugins

It would be really useful if qmmp had file writer output plugins for mp3, ogg 
and wav (maybe others 
too). The reason this would useful in qmmp is because it supports lots of 
formats, and this feature 
would be invaluable when mass-producing files of the same format (to copy them 
to a portable 
player, for example).

The closest examples are out_lame, og(g)re and disk writer xmms plugins (which 
I use currently, but 
this method is hindered by xmms' shoddy support for ape and some other formats).

Note that it would be best to ignore the volume and equalizer controls when 
converting, to make the 
output files as close to the originals as possible.
