Multiple installation and configuration files #357

Make the qmmp be able, by some fancy way to install multiple times in the same
machine, to handle different config files.
No, I don't want just to be able to have 2 config files, in the same machine. I
want to be able to install qmmp two or more times in the same machine, with
this being able to be set, each one, to be single stance only, each one with
its own hotkeys and etc, at the same time in the same machine without conflict.

I guess it would be possible by an option saying to use a config file somewhere
else then ".qmmp", or in a path with the same name as the bin (like, for
example, installing it as "qmmp2", ".qmmp2" would be its path in home/share).

I agree it sounds ugly, but if you need to use the same qmmp to play just
"work" files, another just for your music/videos and a third to play with other
video input(supported by mplayer) like a tv tunner, well, it would be good...
unless you find it difficult... but in theory don't |:P

Better to have the ability to specify a config-file to load as a parameter.
You can have the same functionality with one copy of the software and different
shortcuts.

Speaking on settings, I believe that according to the new free desktop
standard, qmmp's default configuration files should go to ~/.config/qmmp.
