mixed results for locale #506

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open playlist interface
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect instructions in spanish according to my locale, but i get them in 
english

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ubunutu 11.10, with qmmp 0.51
