cant play midi under win7 #590

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install latest win32 binary
2.extract latest wildmidi into plugins\Input
3.open midi files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
play midi

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win7 32bit
qmmp 0.7
wildmidi 0.2.3.5

midi plugin is disabled under win32 platform. Unfortunately I unable to find 
working mingw32 port of WildMidi library.
