build qmmp in windows 7 with qt 5 #602

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloaded source from svn
2. loaded qmmp.pro as qt project in qt creator
3. try to build qmmp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Qapplication no such file or directory in soundcore.cpp

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
qmmp 0.7.1 qt 5.0.1 windows 7 64

the issue was solved adding += gui in qmmp.pro file, but now gives me errors in 
visual.cpp 
forward declaration error with Qdialog

solved through include Qdialog but now gives me errors like QPainter does not 
name a Type

Unfortunately, Qt5 is unsupported by the project. You should use Qt4.

Almost another year behind. When qmmp will support Qt5?

I agree. KDE frameworks uses Qt5. is a great thing if qmmp it could build with 
Qt5 for better integration in that desktop
