QAudioOutput plugin #614

Not sure if this is possible, but if an output plugin that uses QAudioOutput 
could be written, it would make Mac OS X support possible, as well as any 
platform QAudioOutput supports. I haven't investigated yet whether or not 
QAudioOutput's functionality would be enough to implement the Output interface 
though.
